Natural Beauty Tips

As much as possible, I make sure that my beauty regimen is very natural. This is because I always want to be healthy and not use manufactured products for my skin and body. So here are just some of my go-to regimen that I think you should all try.

  1. Practice yoga for a healthy body and to get a natural facelift.

There are various yoga poses that you can actually do to get that beautiful glowing skin. Perhaps the most important that you should try out is the downward dog pose. You can do this by by getting on your hands and knees on the floor and then slowly straightening your legs. Alternatively, try to bend down. Reach forward towards your toes. Try to hold this position for at least 5 minutes or as long as you are comfortable.

  1. Drink coconut water for hydration.

Did you know that coconut water is good for keeping your body hydrated? Always drink a glass of fresh coconut water in the morning. The drink as much as you can throughout the day. Otherwise, drink water.

  1. Put chilled tea bags on your eyes.

Get glowing eyes in the mornings. Simply steep some chamomile tea bags in hot water and chill in the fridge. Once chilled, put it over your closed eyes and see the effect of glowing luminous eyes. With this practice, you will never get puffy eyes anymore.

  1. Get beautiful, soft and glowing skin by using a blend of oils.

Did you know that you can actually get beautiful skin by combining oils from the seeds of pomegranates, raspberry and sweet almond? Yes, you should definitely do this to hydrate your skin and ensure that it has that beautiful glow. Using your hands, put several drops of oil on your skin and rub it on your face or dry skin areas.
