I've become a bit obsessed with nail art recently and it seems that I'm not the only person. Left, right and center there are some truly amazing nail art designs by some truly talented people. My favourite has got to be The Nailasuarus. Sam is an amazing talent and you should definitely go google her blog - you'll be on it for hours. All of the rest of the images above are from Pinterest. If you type nail art in the search bar tens of thousands of images will come up.
I thought I'd put a few pictures together if you're in need of some inspiration. Below I've listed how you can create some of the looks above.
1. Nude & Pink Glitter Nails
-Paint your nails a beige/nude colour and leave to dry.
-Use a matt topcoat (my favourite is from Models Own)
-Once your nails are COMPLETELY dry (I tend to leave it a good 3 hours) then use scotch tape (it works better than celotape) to create designs.
-Use a pink glitter to fill in the areas you want to separate.
-Peel off your scotch tape and you're done!
2. Map Nails
-The same method as you do newspaper nails.
-Place a bit of cut out map over your nail and use a cotton wool ball dipped in surgical spirit/rubbing alcohol to dab all over the nail.
-Peel off and seal with a toap coat!
3. Multi-Coloured Crackle Nails
-Split your nail into quarters and paint each one a different colour
-Leave to dry then paint over a crackle top coat.
-Apply a shiny top coat and you're done!

PS: Be Beautiful has been having some SERIOUS technical issues recently which is why I've been a bit quiet! Things are now back up and running smoothly and Be Beautiful has a new web address www.bebeautiful-beautyblog.com however www.bebeautifulblog.org and www.bebeautifulblog.co.uk both still work!
