One of my New Year's resolutions was to write a monthly favourites post to showcase the items that I've enjoyed using within that month. First up is my January favourites. All of the products I mention in this post are ones that have really impressed me and ones I would whole heartedly recommend buying!
Liz Earle Skin Tonic
I've never really used Liz Earle before so when I got my first pay cheque from work I decided to treat myself to a few bits and pieces. I bought sample sizes of the items I was interested in using and one of them just happened to be the skin tonic. I love this stuff, it's so light and refreshing and I really feel as if my skin is drinking up all the moisture. I loved it so much that I went and bought a full size one. A tip of mine is to soak two cotton wool pads in the tonic in the morning and leave them on my eyes for a few minutes to wake me up!
KMS Free Shape Blow Dry Spray
I absolutely ADORE this stuff. To see my full review click here. If you blow dry your hair a lot you'll find this to be an absolute saviour! It cuts your hair drying time down by 50% saving you time!
Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment
I ordered one of these of buyapowa a few weeks ago and I've loved using it ever since. It really does seem to lock in moisture and it's made my split ends look a whole lot more healthy. It's coming up again on buyapowa again soon so make sure you look out for it on there. Again, to see my full review click here.
Liz Earle Deep Cleansing Mask
Again this is one of the smaller sample sizes that I ordered from Liz Earle. I've managed to get a good 4 uses out of this little tube so far which I was pleasantly surprised with. It's really helped to control the oilyness that I have in my t-zone and after using it my skin look more matte. I've been using this once a week for the last month and I really like it. I'll be purchasing the full size one soon.
Origins Super Spot Remover
I did a review of this little wonder earlier this week. The salicylic acid in it really helps to soothe and reduce redness of nasties you may get. It's not a miracle product but it certainly helps so if it comes up on buyapowa again I'll probably buy it again. Not sure I would pay full price for it (£12.50) but I'd definitely buy it for £7.50 again! I did a full review of this here if you're interested.
Sachin Chunky Glitter Nail Varnishes
I was SO chuffed that I found these on eBay. I have a bit of a glitter top coat obsession at the moment so when I saw these beauts on eBay for £2.19 each including postage I snapped them up straight away. They are just as beautiful as I hoped and I've been trying them out on all different coloured nail varnishes. Love these!
I hope you enjoyed my January favourites! I've been lucky enough to treat myself to a few things this month and hopefully will do from now on so expect lots more lovely favourite posts! What were your January favourites?

@Beauty Fiend - I love it too! It's sooo good! Definitely give liz earle a try. They do everything in sample sizes so you can try before committing to the big purchases!
ReplyDeleteObsessed with Liz Earle, in all honesty my skin looks the best it ever has as a result of using primarily Liz Earle skin care. Moroccan oil keeps pinging on my radar too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a bargain for the nail varnishes! I have Lee stafford Argan oil and im really impressed with it.
