In line with the semi-precious trend that seems to be littering the catwalks and magazines at the moment I bought this stunning glittery purple nail varnish by Barbara Daly. So far I've not been disappointed with nail varnishes by supermarkets (the George ones from Asda are great) so I thought I'd give Tesco a go.
I hoped it would look as good on the nail as it did in the bottle and it didn't disappoint, its a truly beautiful metallic pinky purple colour!
There were a few nail varnishes in the Barbara Daly collection that I spotted but I only bought one other, it was a grey purple colour that I can't remember the exact name of right now but nevertheless I'll be doing some swatches etc on it later this week.
I'm a big fan of the Barbara Daly range at Tesco, it's brilliant quality for a brilliant price (the nail varnishes cost £3 in case you were wondering) so it's definitely something I always check out every now and again whilst I'm doing some shopping.
The one thing I would say about this product is that its quite small, its only 7ml which seems like quite a small amount so I'm not sure how many sets of nails you'd get painted with it!
Have you tried Barbara Daly or any other supermarkets own brand of make up? Rebecca x
